Mimis Salad is our very first consumer cress mix. We wanted to create a salad base with something mild, something tasty and something colorful. Mimis Salad was born! Tatsoi, the wonderful oriental vegetable, acts as the mild component. Aragula brings taste, and garden orache adds color. This mix works as-is as a salad base, serving base layer for main ingredients or e.g. as decoration for sandwich cakes.
