Mimis Asia mix is our newest mix, and also the most distinctive one taste-wise. It consists of three crasses: coriander, tatsoi and komatsuna. This mix was created to complement asian cuisine and even though Mimis coriander is small and pretty, it doesn’t lack in flavor! Make sure to try it out with bao bun, in burgers or alongside ribs.
